2025 Clan Registration - Maine Highland Games and Scottish Festival™
46th Annual
Maine Highland Games and Scottish Festival™
The 2025 Maine Highland Games promises to be very special, and with a number of changes, we hope it will be better than ever. First, we have a new location (due to the inavailability of Thomas Point Beach, which was sold).
Our new location will be at the Windsor Fairgrounds, 82 Ridge Road, Windsor, ME. The schedule will be somewhat different, as we transition this year to a 2-day event, so that we can accommodate the Scottish Heavy Athletics World Championship, which should bring a huge increase in attendance.
The dates for this year are Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with the Cèilidh being held from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm Saturday evening, and resuming the event Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 10.00 am - 4:30.
Our Honored Clan for 2025 is MacEwen, and they have graciously offered $500 donation to help with the Cèilidh. The cost for clan registration for Maine will be $60, and covers both days, including attendance at the Ceilidh for Clan Tent Workers, and lunch on Saturday.
Registration Information:
1.Each Clan registration for 10 X 10 gets 2 Complimentary tickets for the weekend, 20Ft gets 4.
2. Extra weekend Tickets are 35.00 each (includes both days= 17.50 a day) and are only allowed for people working the clan tents only.
* You can only purchase up to two extra tickets at that price per clan tent for the weekend.
* If you are Certified Disabled, over 65 then we will waive the extra ticket fee.
Free Ceilidh applies to the two Complimentary ticket holders only. Extra tickets need to pay for 15.00 ( Discounted) entrance to the Ceilidh. 2 Extra per clan.
*Clan McEwen has graciously paid for the Ceilidh for all of the Clan Tent workers with Complimentary Tickets only.
We must have all clan tents at least set up no later than 6:00 pm on Friday (August 15, 2025).
If you are not staying for the 2nd day, we ask that you have your tent disassembled and removed by 6:00 pm on Saturday evening. Camping is available at the Fairgrounds for $50 per night.
