At the Maine Highland Games

Please note the following:

 Check-in time will be no earlier than 9 a.m. on Friday, August 7;

 Check-out time will be no later than noon on Sunday, August 9;

 Campers will stay both nights;

 The camping fee is $100 for the weekend; no refunds;

 Once your request is processed, you will receive an invoice via e-mail or snail mail;

 Checks will be accepted any time after receipt of your invoice and should be made payable

to Windsor Fair. Credit card payments will be accepted as of Monday, June 1st. You will

receive a receipt from your banking institution;

 Payment in full is due no later than Friday, July 31st;

 Campers are responsible for bringing hose(s), a power cord and any adapters needed;

 Portable toilets will be placed in the campground;

 Copies of the campground map and Windsor Fair’s campground rules are attached. Please

be sure to familiarize yourself with the campground rules.

Regarding the camping map:

Smaller sites marked at 14’ will accommodate campers with no slide/tip out as they are generally 8’

wide. A pop-up camper will have ample room with this size site.

Larger sites marked at 20’ are intended for campers with 1 or more slide/tip outs as they are generally

14’ wide.

Camping Rules

The dogs allowed in the Festival are SERVICE DOGS , Dogs that are approved for by our Highland Games for Entertainment or are part of a Group.

Dogs are allowed in the camp ground but must be provided shade, water and food and must be checked during the day.

No dogs shall be kept in cars and all dogs must have their shot records at the gate.

Windsor Fair Grounds is very strict on dogs on their property.

Emotional support dogs are not service dogs and not allowed at the festival.
